Return Policy:

SplurgeVintage does not accept returns, so be sure and ask all questions before committing to a purchase. We are very upfront about the condition of our items.  We look for defects, stains, holes, tears, alterations, and even odors…you’ll never receive an item that reeks of perfume! Vintage items usually have wear and will be described to the best of our ability.

All items are authenticated and documented.

All measurements are approximate and given as a courtesy. Please know your size in your preferred designers as we do not accept returns and are not responsible for poor fit.

In the event that you believe that an item is not as described, send us a message and we’ll do our best to resolve the issue. Those items must have prior approval for return and received back to us within 3 days (72 hours) of delivery of your item via FedEx 2 day or FedEx Express saver. All items must be returned in the original unworn condition, with all tags including security tags attached, and all original packaging and collateral items (dust bags, original boxes, etc…) or they will not be accepted.  Return shipping payable by buyer. Return items must be insured for the full value of the item, as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.  

Final Sale Items

All items that are marked down as Final Sale items are non-returnable and non-refundable, no exceptions. 

All jewelry, handbags and intimate apparel are final sales and are non-returnable items.

All barware, home decor, and other non-clothing items are final sales. 

Shipping

All our items are shipped via Fed Ex Ground, Fed Ex Home Delivery, or UPS. Shipping carriers may change periodically depending on the item.  All shipping includes tracking and insurance.  Expedited shipping is available for an additional cost.
